When trying to log into the game it sits on the loading screen and after a while i get this error

I'm having the same issue. For me, it loads almost completely and then I get the same error message as listed above.

Thank you Czar! Things are still loading very slowly (or not loading at all) so that could be another thing to mention to the engineers.

Yes, they're working on the load balancing, so it'll be slow for a little while, or long while. I have no idea how long it'll take to fix. Smile

bumping to say that I've been getting the same message today for the past 30 minutes or so
edit: I've finally gotten in but I've been getting some helper requests with folks saying their friends couldn't log in

It tends to happen at random - and fix times are either really quick or really slow.
