how to recover my banned ourworld acount

my account was first hacked and i think now it is banned please help me zoe to recover my acccount...

ourworld/flowplay doesnt run any of the ourworldbuzz websites, the official ourworld forums was taken down and this is not it, the ourworldbuzz sites are run by fellow playtesters/players, tho maybe one of the admin's could give some advice in there free time or other commenters, but last i knew banned accounts never get recovered, sorry
