Purchasing Gems

So i made a purchase on ourworld for 1000 gems as it is advertised but i only received 700 of them. i want to figure out why its advertised as 1000 gems when you only get 700 tho cause i feel that this is very unfair to players as it is misleading

That hasn't happened to me before... You did purchase on a computer, right?

yes i even have screenshots... i also paid for resident subscription but only got 150 gems too so i really don't know what to do.

yea i sent an email and got the gems... it seems to be a problem paying with the credit card in my region
