Does anyone know if I buy Zoe's Club now do I still get it free for life? Couldn't play last year I didn't know the website was shutting down so couldn't get Zoe's.

Short answer, no.

They ran the initial process from October 16 - November 16, and due to miscommunication they ran it again sometime in December.
If you were to buy Zoe's Club right now, you won't have it for life, AFAIK.
