Magical Potion/Glow Not Working

If I put on a Magical Potion, it appears in the list of what I'm wearing & gets a green square in my inventory but it doesn't actually appear

I clicked on the profiles of some of my friends who are wearing glow in their icons, and when their profile loads, they're wearing the same outfit but the glow doesn't appear

Maybe it's a client thing? Because that used to happen on the old mobile app ALL the time.
