Downloadable Client Not Working

Is anyone else having such a problem? When I went to download the client earlier, I downloaded it through playtest and it ran fine.
However, now that it's been pushed out to the homepage, I keep getting a screen that tells me to update in order to continue. It seems like many others are also having such a bug happen, from what I've heard so far.

Ive seen this asked on the help desk as well. I haven't tried yet . But seems everyone is having this problem.

I think we just fixed that. Just waiting for it to be uploaded.

so if im reading this right the downloadable client says available but it's not actually downloaded yet? witch means it's not actually available.. this is confusing.. either way im still getting that update required thing no matter how many times i delete and re download it..

Speaking oo, will there be a chromebook version of the app? I'm sure this was answered once, but.. @Czarcasm

No one has mentioned it, but I highly doubt it.

The app should be working now. Note that this is still basically a beta version, so expect some bugs.

I'm on the mac version, and it's stuck on a spinning wheel. I'm not sure what to do...when I first downloaded it, it said I need to allow ow to access documents, but I accidentally clicked don't allow. Now I can't find any place to undo that. I removed the app and re-downloaded, and now it's stuck on the spinning wheel no matter what I do.

On Mac I'm not exactly sure. I think if you go into Settings you'll find something. Maybe in something like Security or Users?

Thanks! The app is working now, I guess the problem was that my laptop couldn't verify the developer.

Now that I'm able to open it, everything is pretty blurry/pixelated within the game client. I'm using a macbook w/ retina display, if that makes any difference. I think the app might be opening in low resolution mode, and they might need to add retina support for this to be fixed. Is this happening with anyone else?

Edit: I just found out that the staff has said Macbooks aren't really compatible with the client. That's so confusing, I thought the Mac version would work with all models
